(My learn as you go experience: I accidentally left one of these lights under a seat cushion and the light came on after someone sat on the chair, being that it was dark and we were watching Aliens, well everyone around was a little perturbed by the glowing seat cushion). Batttery life if good for the many times I've used them.
Easy, anyone can do it--hey you can use your nose, your elbow, your head, your chin, your cat's and dog's paw, your knee, etc.,--how convenient is that. Great for kids and people with joint pain.
I love these guys, so simple to use and bright: press down to turn "on", press down again for "off". I don't use the sticky back, but you can easily replace the sticky back tape with some 3M double-sided-sticky-foam-tape (remember to cut out holes for the three screws) and off you go].] I keep one in the car and several scattered around the house.
[[HERE a treat: When there is no more battery juice, I peel the sticky back cleanly away, unscrew the three small screws and replace the battery and whoohoo, they are off lighting the way again and again. They are reusable.
Because of the easy push on feature, you should have these lights displayed where you can see them otherwise you can accidentially turn them on. Just remember a certain amount of pressure could turn them on.
We changed the battery and it still did not work. At first, the light worked great for a few days and was bright. The item cost about $7.00 and I purchased it online so it was not worth going through the trouble of exchanging it or returning it. (We wanted it for our child's room in case of a hurricane). Afterward, it stopped working. It was money lost for us. Perhaps it was just that particular light was defective.
Long lasting LED's for sure. I don't find the round shape useful and the switch can take some determination.
Works exactly as advertised. I found the button slightly stiff, however, it's quite handy in my closet.
This is a very handy little light and I keep them around in various places for frequent use. BTW, it may not be obvious from the literature, but the AAA batteries are replaceable, but you have to remove 3 small screws to get at them.
